Product team leader
[Work to do]
ㅇ Production management, operation improvement, technical coach/support for the improvements and TPM activity
- Production management
- PSM Leading & supporting
- Process improvement & support
- Improvement of TPM & Cost Saving activities and the support
- 화학 공장에서 생산관리, 공정관리, TPM 활동등의 개선활동
[Minimum Qualifications]
- Over 15 years of experience working in a chemical plant with over 50 employees
- TPM leader activity (including department unit)
- Practical in English communication
- Good Communication with a positive/proactive attitude.
- Experience in people management
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Ability to exercise independent judgement, think critically and work well in cross-functional team
- License such as industrial safety or health engineer, air conditioning refrigeration machine industry engineer
- Experience of plant start-up project.
* This position will be based in 양산.
