[담당업무] The Cash Management Sales Manager role is based within the Cash Management metier of CIB. Primary focus is to achieve new sales income for the group by originating leads while building and maintaining strategic relationships with existing clients. The candidate will need to identify and sell innovative solutions to target clients. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Pricing and negotiating on terms and solutions • Coming up with marketing and sales strategy and executing against it • Tracking progress and updating multiple stakeholders and partners • Penetrate and win outbound deals from the Korean Large Corporates • Comfortable working with Korea regulatory functions • Engage and conduct marketing and sales using latest digital platforms and tools (i.e., webinars) Qualifications • New client acquisition with clear marketing plan • Keep close contacts / follow-ups with clients / prospects to close key mandates • Build strong network within as well as outside the organization • Actively participate in answering RFPs • Feedback on market trend / corporate needs and contribute to the continuous improvement / competitiveness of our products • Keep close contact with alliance local Korea Banks in Seoul and coordinate the cooperation in Cash Management sector • Fluent in Korean and English; be able to review regulatory documents and work with regulatory texts/organizations • Coordinate across multiple layers and regions
