-HR Solutions - Partner with managers and employees to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, or policies.
Counsel managers and employees on the most effective solutions to resolve issues.
-Performance Management - Support managers to implement and follow up performance management activities on the site, including poor performance improvement, discussion, training need identification, termination, etc.
-Retention and Engagement - Support achievement of optimal levels of attrition within defined parameters.
Assess employee engagement and morale and take actions to address issues
-Ensure legal security at both individual and collective levels, as well as compliance with HR processes and practices, according to applicable legal provisions, in consultation with managers.
-Employee Relations - Represent HR in the workplace, build partnerships between employees, HR and Managers.
Carry out training and communication on HR strategy, policy, and processes when necessary.
-Provides day to day HR support for employees - Work to resolve employee and organizational issues in a proactive and positive manner.
-Provide coaching and counselling to management on leadership and employee development issues with creative and strategic HR value-added recommendations in support of clients' requests
-Conduct Group HR projects
-Develops strong working relationships with stakeholders
-10+ years overall working experience with 5 years as a HRBP or comparable working experience.
-Experience in HR topics such as: Talent, Leadership, Compensation, Org Design, Succession, Learning, D&I, Employee Relations
-Strong analytical, problem solving and facilitation skills
-Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Korean and English
-Demonstrated expertise in coaching, conflict resolution, influencing, relationship and team building
-Superior customer-orientation – high degree of accountability and meeting the internal customer needs
-Broad knowledge and experience in a wide range of HR, critical thinking and business advisory skills
-Experience in working in a fast - paced and challenging environment
-Ability to communicate with others and build strong relationships with employees
