JOB TITLE: Product Service Engineer
ㅇ POSITION OBJECTIVE
He/she will have a service supervision role when assigned to specific tasks. He/she will direct and manage tasks including diagnosis, upgrades, scale-up, start-up & commissioning, installation, maintenance, repairing, training, and Plant MRO/parts after service assignment. He/she will learn roles and responsibilities by working under close supervision.
ㅇ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide on-site services to installation-based customers - Provide emergency services to customers - Provide technical support standards and best practices to customers - Disseminate safety notices and important KBA to local service organization - Provide repair quotation support to local Reps/Sub - Manage product recall/replacement - Report progress and technical problems to Service Manager - Collaborate with All BU Team Members - Pro-actively identify potential quality and efficiency improvements within assigned work

ㅇ EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Engineering or other related fields - Over 0-5 years of service experiences in technical/industrial environment - Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people - Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean - Good Interpersonal skills - Ability to handle urgent and sensitive situations, and working under pressure - Traveling is part of the job requirements
