JOB TITLE: Sales Manager, RS(Reliability Solution)

ㅇ Position Objective

He/she will be responsible for coordinating and developing Reliability Solution and Operational Certainty Solutions business (OCS) as part of PSS/DX Korea. He/she is also responsible for setting direction and sales pursuit strategies, developing project pursuit teams and ensures that all sales channels meet the sales target and develop account strategy and execute with key action plan.

ㅇ Main Responsibilities

- Be responsible for both Domestic & EPC account management and Reps in Machine and Asset management business.
- Expand OCS business as part of Digital Transformation business in Korea, especially Software and Solutions, Data Analytics, Reliability Consulting and Platform Software.
- Work closely with other BUs and DX team to ensure maximum synergy and focus on supporting pursuit of strategies
- Lead project pursuits of Reliability Solution business
- Generate bookings for the responsible solutions to meet the assigned team target
- Support project pursuit activities such as providing technical solutions and developing sales strategies
- Report project pursuit status, forecasting and profitability analysis to Management
- Manage and implement the projects complying with the company standard procedures
- Develop and drive mid and long-term business strategies and marketing plans for designated accounts
- Leverage and activate capabilities and resources to encourage pursuit of strategies
- Build strategic customer relations to achieve sales strategies and objectives
- Provide timely sales data, reports, and analysis
- Manage and supervise RS team effectively by assigning appropriate tasks

ㅇ Education/Training/Experience

- Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or other related fields
- Over 10 years of sales experiences in the Reliability Solution industry
- Preferably Reps management experiences
- Good business acumen with close customer relations in various industries
- Understand competitors, their strategies, and counter-tactics
- Financial and commercial knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English both spoken and written
- Excellent in Microsoft Office & Presentation skills
- Expected to travel about 20 ~ 30% of the time
