JOB TITLE: EPC Business Engineer, Pressure Valve Div.

ㅇ Position Objective

He/she reports to Sr. Sales Manager in Korea with a responsibility of achieving sales quota assigned for business in Korea by closely working with customers. He/she is responsible for building up trust with key accounts in order to develop business opportunities from customers and delivering value proposition to target customers by helping them achieve their business performance objectives.

ㅇ Job Responsibilities

- Set and achieve bookings and revenue targets through identifying opportunities early in the sales cycle to convert accounts and penetrate existing accounts to maximize the bookings and sales revenue for the Company.
- Drive sales in EPC projects in Korea.
- Acquire new customers to exceed sales expectations.
- Build up relationships at multiple levels with key stakeholders and influence the growth-oriented accounts.
- Promote products and service solutions proactively by utilizing marketing programs, leveraging field resources, and providing distributor/end-user product trainings.
- Manage and build up internal sales team relationships and bring in Product Sales Specialists to assist in project sales.
- Understand customer needs to uncover additional opportunities within accounts across all products and service solutions.
- Ensure compliance of workplace safety rules, including but not limited to the usage of a personal protective equipment, if provided, while working; not involved in any unsafe or negligent behavior that may endanger peers or oneself; reporting unsafe working conditions and providing suggestions to improve safety/ health at work, as needed.
- Identify key projects to win and enter early to implement winning strategies.
- Keep communication with managers and AP team.
- Establish and update the business plans to align with management.

ㅇ Job Requirements

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of relevant technical sales experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, water, water treatment, power, mining and/or related process industries.
- Technical knowledge of industrial valves would be preferred.
- Knowledge of ASME, ANSI, API standard would be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to successfully transform sales opportunities to order and collaborate internally.
- Strong competency in optimizing sales processes and strategic account planning required to achieve business results.
- Ability to strategically prioritize and suitably adapt and improve account management when necessary to focus on successful and profitable “win-win” situations.
- Ability to understand customer needs quickly and leverage both product portfolios and internal resources to identify cross-selling opportunities across accounts to create additional value for customers and maximize the Company’s sales revenue.
- Customer focus and learning agility required for updating product portfolios and how to enhance product competitiveness.
- Wide understanding of market trends and the impacts on customers for the assigned geographical territory.
- Effective resourcefulness in navigating through internal resources by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Presentation skills for customers, higher management in various meetings
- Business insight and strategic mindset for long-term planning
- Effective communication with Korea "Pressure Valve" Leader
