Title: Customer Service Manager

Under the direction of logistics leadership, you will be to provide and promote excellent customer service to throughout the organization you work for. You will be made sure that service standards are being met, and manage the customer service team.

ㅇ What You Will Do:

• Foster clear communication with your team and internal contacts to address service-related interests.
• Investigating and solving customer’s problem or compliant that have been passed on by customer service assistants
• Order management for local customers
• Communication and coordination between customer and production planning team to meet customer requirement such as rush order/shortage issue/order change
• Release Sales Report by monthly
• Monthly closing work
• Manage Forecast accuracy
• Manage customer service team
• Conduct S&OP meeting

ㅇ Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree, Business related major preferred
• More than 10 years of Customer Service Operation /Logistic coordination
· Transportation management
· Expert in logistic and trading skills
• Fluent in English communication
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Transportation or a related field of study
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel and Access
• ERP experience
• Positive and proactive behavior
• Previous project management experience
• Exposure to TPM and/or Lean Manufacturing principals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to exercise independent judgement, think critically and work well in cross-functional teams
