[담당업무]

For IT service desk & Infrastructure support :

​To assist clients with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software (Helpdesk / IT services desk) including standalone environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve unique hardware or software problems on a daily basis and use his understanding of system products and services to assist users (Infrastructure support)
Provide good IT service operations, develops and promotes relationships with both client and other counterparties.
Maintain IT assets in line with BNPP security and/or regulators' guidelines
Lead and coordinate any IT infrastructure projects at local/regional/global level.
Incident and Problem management for Infrastructure issues


For CMS (e-banking system) support:

Provide L1 support for global banking and local e-banking applications
Provide communication for global/regional cash management applications as well as local service provider
Provide support to Operations and CSD for any system queries
Provide effort to make a service contract with KFTC and related parties
Support any IT activities in terms of IT security assessment related (Penetration testing, Security review, ..., etc.)


For Processing and Operations :

Morning and weekend checks – in conjunction with global/regional teams ensuring system readiness for the start of day and start of week
Monitoring – use and continual improvement to the main monitoring tool
99% of problems are resolved within 24 hours
Prompt escalation, proactive reaching out for any IT issues
Market Rehearsal / DR Drill – coordinate and participate exchange MRs and annual DRs



Qualifications

Experience

More than 4-5 years working experience in financial institution or vendor house in providing IT support for Infrastructure and applications, and dealing with business users on support or requirement gathering.
Front Office users support experience is desirable
Global Banking application (e-banking, KFTC related) support experience is desirable.
Self-sufficient drive and ability to work round blockers in a sustainable manner
Work across countries, regions and time zones with a broad range of cultures and technical capability
Technical knowledge on supporting financial message protocol (SWIFT, FIX, etc) and market data are required
Good prioritization skills, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and excellent problem solving abilities
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience with using UNIX, Linux, Wintel, Perl/Shell scripting, Excel and VBA
Experienced with managing platforms in Linux and Windows environment (Patch management, Hardware maintenance, etc)
Experienced with monitoring tools
Experience with network maintenance especially for financial firms
Competencies

A strong team player, and able to work in a global organization
A Computer Science or MIS degree holder (Additional qualifications in financial field is desired)
A fluent English/Korean speaker
Proactive and able to work independently
