JOB TITLE: Project Manager
ㅇ POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Industrial projects are moving into Software projects related to Predictive Analytics, Data Integration of IT & OT systems, MES, Data Lake, Web services, Mobility solutions etc.
The Industrial Software Program/Project Manager plays a critical role for delivering customer satisfaction and improving the margins.
ㅇ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute and manage Industry Software projects with responsibility of Customer Satisfaction and margin improvement.
- Understand project scope & requirements and have ownership for timely delivery, profitability, and price uplift.
- Manage all stakeholders’ expectations and communication.
- Manage all Commercial transaction and Change orders.
- Lead development of client-specific implementation proposals, Statement of Works (SOW), staffing plans, Proof of Concept (PoC), engaging with SMEs across the organization to gain consensus on an acceptable proposal
- Providing oversight to the project team during the full lifecycle of the engagement, acting as the escalation point for both the customer and Company delivery teams
- Effectively manage and co-ordinate the activities of the internal projects team.
- Monitor & control projects activities from initiation through to delivery.
- Translate the solutions into project plans and objectives and deliver these accordingly. This will require understanding of the nature of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and typical implementation methodologies
- Build and maintain client relationships including IT and OT stakeholders.
- Must apply and demonstrate commitment to industry-accepted project management processes, practices, tools, and behaviors.
ㅇ Job Requirements
- Batchelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science/ Instrumentation/ Electronics/ Electrical.
- Agile Scrum Aster or Project Management Professional (PMP).
- 10+ years’ experience delivering consulting services, including team leadership and active involvement in professional services
- 5+ years’ operating in a pre-sale’s environment, shaping, and scoping large and complex implementation projects
- 5+ years of enterprise-level project or program management experience
- Industry experience in one of the following: Energy/Utilities, or Life Sciences etc.
ㅇ Management and Soft Skills
- Demonstrated technical and/or functional aptitude, and ability to engage with architects or SME
- Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in working in a client advisory role
- Demonstrated ability to influence a group audience, facilitate solutioning and lead discussions such as implementation methodology, Road mapping, Enterprise Transformation strategy, and executive-level requirement gathering sessions
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
- Have broad expertise, uses skills to achieve goals in creative and effective ways
- Creates formal networks involving coordination among groups
- Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to obtain results
- Strong business acumen skills.
- Strong customer focus with a customer first mindset.
- Team building/development and leadership skills.
- Dedication and commitment to industry standard project management discipline. PMP certification is an asset.
- Effective collaboration skills
ㅇ Technical Skills
- Ability to comprehend technical details/technical literacy
- Good knowledge of customer OT/IT/IIoT environments, Process data integration techniques, Historians, Automation systems, interoperability standards, interfaces.
- Should be able to execute the projects in an Agile way
- Advanced knowledge in a wide range of software systems like Performance Data Analytics, Data-Lakes, Collaboration portal, Data Interfaces etc. Knowledge of Company’s offerings in these fields will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of high availability data historian architectures, IP21, OSI PI etc.
- Should have worked on interface technologies such as OPC UA/DA/HA, ODBC, and leveraging process historian data.
- Good understanding of Relational Databases: SQL Server, Oracle PL/SQL, NoSQL database like MongoDB.
- Cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), integrations and Web Services
- BI Tools: Spotfire, Grafana, Tableau, PowerBI
