[Corporate IT]
We rely on our IT systems to enable our core business all over the world. We are looking for a Corporate IT Administrator who’s eager to use and grow their technical skills in a global EdTech business. In this role, the successful individual will be responsible for providing IT support to our Korean business, managing our local IT service provider and working closely with our Global Enterprise IT team so English is essential. This is a hands-on role, covering a range of technical, administrative and support duties. Company is a cloud-first organisation which operates a complex hybrid cloud infrastructure for both our own corporate needs and our customer-facing product platforms.
Our ideal candidate will be passionate about applying their skills, knowledge and experience to the Company technology-led business that creates real-world EdTech solutions for the world.

[Your Responsibilities]
- Maintain our Corporate IT systems in Korea, including operating systems (Microsoft, iOS, Linux), Cloud Services, Applications, Laptops, Desktops, Tablets, Software and Hardware.
- Manage and maintain the local LAN network, servers and firewalls.
- Manage and work closely the external Korean IT Service Provider and IT Help Desk
- Work closely with internal HR, Security Team, DevOps, Cloud Ops and other IT staff in Company
- Manage IT related projects and technical solutions
- Ensure Korea(HQ) has dependable IT infrastructure
- Work with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and achievements

[Required Qualifications]
- Demonstrable skills and knowledge within a similar IT role managing and administering IT systems
- The willingness to learn and gain knowledge with operating systems; current equipment and technologies, backup and recovery procedures
- Good understanding of Microsoft Desktop, MacOS and iOS, Google Workplace and Microsoft Office products
- Exposure to cloud computing platforms (Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure)
- Fluent in English
