[담당업무]

Overview
Supports management by contributing towards strategy development and implementation, to draw up, implement, guarantee and monitor internal business processes and acts as a linking pin for other business units so as to enable effective and efficient operation.

Responsibilities
The principal responsibilities of Business Manager are to:
▪ Budgeting: deliver a budget (Dynamic Plan “DP”) for an area of the organization or conduct complex analyses on budget progress in other areas of the organization;
▪ Operational excellence: review existing operations in own area of work and implement innovation processes to generate new ideas and ensure continuous improvements are delivered;
▪ Document preparation: write and edit material for various target populations, tailoring the tone and content to match the needs and expectations of each audience;
▪ Information and business advice: provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving queries and issues and referring very complex or contentious issues to others.
▪ Internal communications: execute a communications plan within established internal communication systems and procedures.
▪ Project, program and portfolio management: plan and deliver projects or workstreams using an appropriate project management methodology to give assurance that intended outcomes are achieved. Identify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project, escalating where appropriate. Where necessary, develop, agree on, and implement solutions to overcome these
▪ Effective management and coordination of various committees including among others, prepare, collect and documents for management committees (i.e. KRC, ICC, NFRC) attending such committees, review, prioritize issues and prepare minutes,
▪ Support the entire Seoul branch as a country business manager under the governance framework in Seoul branches.
Specific technical skills for this position include:
▪ Action planning: works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on developing appropriate plans or performing necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements.
▪ Assessment: works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on analyzing data from multiple sources to draw appropriate conclusions and make suitable recommendations.
▪ Commercial acumen: applies understanding of the business environment and objectives to develop solutions without supervision, while also providing technical assistance when necessary.
▪ Data collection and analysis: works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on analyzing data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making.
▪ Policy and procedures: works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on developing, monitoring, interpreting and understanding policies and procedures, while making sure they match organizational strategies and objectives.
▪ Presentation skills: communicates with other people without requiring supervision and provides technical guidance when required on speaking in a clear, concise and compelling manner
In any circumstance, responsibilities also include to:
▪ Adheres to compliance policies, and
▪ Ensures that business activities are conducted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

Person Specifications
To be considered for this role, the applicant would ideally possess the following pre-requisites:
Hard skills:
▪ Ideally a bachelor degree or MBA in finance, economics or business administration,
▪ With previous business management experience at senior level and / or experience in operational risk management in financial institutions, with more than 7 years working,
▪ Good knowledge and experience in banking products and baking operations,
▪ High level of self- motivation and professionalism with ability to multi-task,
▪ Fluent in English and Korean Soft skills:
▪ Stakeholder management: anticipates and balances the needs of multiple stakeholders. For example, shows a strong commitment to identifying all relevant issues and making decisions that maximize outcomes for all key stakeholders. Engages effectively with multiple stakeholders and responds with well-balanced, win-win solutions.

questions, summarizes to understanding;
▪ Ensures accountability: holds self and others accountable to meet commitments. For example, tracks performance and strives to remain effective, learning from both successes and failures. Readily takes on challenges or difficult tasks and has reputation for delivering on commitments.
