Position Purpose Under the guidance of the Head of Territory and the Head of Corporate Coverage: - Act as Chief of Staff of the Head of Territory - Monitor Global Coverage Solutions mandate for the Territory Guarantee the quality of Client revenues (budget/actuals) and Client data in the CRM tools Monitor the analysis of Client activity in order to identify and propose development opportunities to Coverage, Territories and Business Lines Deploy at Territory level transversal actions - Support the Management in the recurring or ad-hoc tasks and presentations - Important note: This position is entitled to confidentiality.
Direct Responsibilities - Act as Chief of Staff of the Head of Territory Assist in the preparation of presentations for the Territory governance Oversee key projects, from the start to the full completion, and escalate when necessary to the management Identify any room for efficiency, improvement or risk mitigation and suggest enhanced processes or setup Permanent Control Aspects Direct contribution to operational permanent control framework Responsible for the implementation of operational permanent control policies and procedures in day-to-day business activities, such as Control Plan Responsible for ensuring team members to comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines. - Monitor Global Coverage Solutions mandate for the Territory Guarantee the quality of Client revenues (budget/actuals) and Client data in the CRM tools Ensure data quality and integrity (e.g. client allocation, grouping, segmentation, portfolios, revenues) in the systems (Client 1st, RMPM, C3 extractions) through regular reviews and execution of the GCS controls and reconciliations Organize and steer the client revenue, investigating any missing revenues and performing analysis whenever needed Monitor the budget process for Corporate Coverage teams, consolidating proposed budget and checking figures for consistency and alignment with management budget guidance. Coordinate actions with the GCS Regional team and liaise with Finance Performance Steering team Contribute to the optimization of the client revenues budget process or the data quality controls Monitor the analysis of Client activity in order to identify and propose development opportunities to Coverage, Territories and Business Lines Production of monthly and quarterly analytical reports on local client activity for the Territory Manager and Heads of Coverage according to their needs and in coordination with GCS set of report Push for automation whenever possible and promote the usage of online dynamic tools to the Coverage teams (Tableau and Power BI) This requires close contact with local Bankers and Business Lines to gain more detailed business and market insights and enrich the data and/or analysis provided by C3/CRM tools or other reports Suggest/Implement adequate reporting to monitor specific KPIs such as client revenues, CRM statistics on various business initiatives such as: Plan 2025, Regional Priority Clients, Client Monitoring & Development, Global MNC Project (KPI for Banker initiative) Deploy at Territory level transversal actions Ensure active and proper utilization of CRMLite/Client1st by Corporate Coverage and Business Line product specialists (call memos, client contacts, opportunities, Coverage Contribution validation process), by providing training and support Contribute to the deployment of MyClientDev in the Territory (monitor the tail management, accelerate expansion of the franchise) Monitor the management of the tail (clients with yearly revenues less than 100kEur). Follow the exit process and the related the actions with Coverage team and Client Management Coordinate with Coverage team exercises to track low profitability clients (Forecast RWA exercise and low profitability to track clients deteriorating the RWA/RoRWA) Coordinating the Client Action Plan process; pre-filling of generic client information into NCAP template, organizing NCAP session and monitoring follow-up actions Contributions to wins reports identifying the remarkable deals for APAC Flash News or specific committees
