Position Title: Corporate Account Manager
ㅇ Work Location: 서울

[Position Purpose]
The Corporate Accounts Manager (CAM) is responsible for managing a portfolio of Company Key Accounts customers and prospecting new customers within the division. The CAM ensures that ongoing relationships are maintained with customers while maximizing Company’s offerings and profitability. The key objective of the CAM is to demonstrate the Company promise and the value we provide as a total solutions partner – cleaner, safer, healthier – everywhere it matters.


[Detailed Duties]
ㅇ Account & Customer Management
• Identify key decision makers in assigned customers and cultivate relationships to ensure satisfaction and confidence in all Company offerings.
• Develop a relationship strategy unique to each customer based on current and future needs that fosters a longterm, trusted relationship with Company as a full-service cleaning, sanitation and solutions provider.
• Serve as the knowledge expert with respect to understanding assigned customer businesses and share this knowledge with other key internal partners to improve the overall customer experience provided by Company.
• Communicate regularly within Company to ensure all parties clearly understand the strategies necessary to meet assigned customers’ current and future needs. Business and Financial Management
• Develop and implement a pricing strategy in assigned customers that ensures both the Bussiness Division’s and Company’s overall revenue and profit objectives are met.

ㅇ Merchandizing Value
• Partnering with the field and other internal partners consolidate and interpret data to quantify and monetize the value that Company delivers to customers. Effectively align the value Company provides with customer needs and drivers to establish and/or strengthen deeply-rooted customer relationships.
• Utilize various tools, applications and reporting to produce presentations and executive summaries that demonstrate to customers, quantifiably, the value Company provides in areas such as cleaning, sanitation and antimicrobial performance, energy and resource usage and operational efficiency.

ㅇ Account Prospecting & Enterprise Selling
• Leveraging knowledge of the full suite of Company products and offerings, design/structure and deliver effective customer proposals that customize Company product portfolios to address the unique needs of each prospect.
• Close the business with 수처리 관련 기업
• 고객의 Key Business Driver, Organization with decision making process 등을 알아내고 이에 맞는 전략을 수립하여 계약을 달성한다.
• CA 의 Plan 및 Target 을 맞출 수 있도록 세일즈 조직과 협력하여 Business 를 Close 한다.
• CA 의 계약 관련하여 Commercial / Technical term 을 이해하고 적용한다.

[Job Requirements]
• Education : 학사 이상, 화학, 화학 공학, 환경 공학 등 이공계 전공 우대
• Professional experience: 경력 15 년 정도(이사급), 수처리 관련 회사 경험
• Knowledge/Competency: Marketing, Key manager, 환경
• English Proficiency: 의사 소통 가능자 (Writing, Listening and Speaking)
