업무내용자격요건 [담당업무]
Sales support
Provides assistance to Head of Transaction Services Corporate Sales in their marketing efforts and preparation of client visits in a broadest sense. Works closely with relationship managers to sustain flow income generation. Executes functional pricing strategies and calculates sanity checks to ensure optimal use of balance sheet. Assists in the preparation of credit proposals and annual limit renewals. Conducts client services for Corporate Clients as a contact point for queries and provides the necessary follow-up proactively. Driving utilisation of existing client portfolio to achieve revenue targets.

Client Inter-Face
Handles and responds to Transaction Services enquiries from internal and external clients in a timely and efficient manner. Conducts transactional due diligence and liaise directly with clients to conclude deals and ensure that the transactions are correctly executed.

Seamless Team
Works closely with other TS teams and ING network globally and assists in the approval requests for multiple regions. Coordinate with other ING departments on client transactional matters or approvals

Risk mitigation
Checks and ensure that transactions comply with internal policies & functional strategies. Needs to arrange necessary limit allocations, excess approvals, compliance waivers, risk mitigation, etc., if the transaction is not within scope. Also, needs to observe proper and timely processing.

Administration
Initiates and monitors investigations and/or projects to improve risk and income data quality with other business units in the ING network. Pro-actively propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

[자격요건]
- Minimum Honors Degree from a reputable university;
- 1-5 years of banking experience will be an advantage;
- Knowledge of Trade Finance/PCM and Credit experience will be an advantage;
- Highly proficient in EXCEL, PowerPoint and word processing applications;
- High level of self-motivation and result-oriented approach;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in working with/for internal and external clients;
- Self-motivated and confident with a high degree of initiative; good team player and
- Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Korean
