Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the whole FI Group
- Controls and manages all FI Accounts as a Head and supports each RM
- Trains the subordinate staffs of FI Group
Promote businesses with FI clients including NBFIs
- Manages regular visit to the clients and grasps good opportunities based on the information from clients’ needs
- Confirms feasibility of the business according to our capability followed by internal regulation, guideline, or etc.
- Offers appropriate proposals, solutions, and good options to the clients
- Performs all direct negotiations with clients to seek mutual benefits and solutions.
- Develops new products or schemes to meet clients’ needs in cooperation with relevant internal departments
- Expands clients pool by excavating new FI & NBFI clients and pursues businesses with them
Manage and enhance relationship with FI clients
- Follows up daily inquiries, requests, or etc from the clients and controls all correspondent banking businesses
- Manages arranging top management meetings, and international meetings such as IMF, ADB, or etc. and accompany senior management
- Extends the new Business Alliances and manages the current alliances with FI clients
Manage the entire deal process and execute the deal
- Manages preparing all necessary internal credit memos and seeks credit approval after all negotiations with internal relevant parties
- Handles all documentation: reviewing and executing bilateral term loan agreement and etc.
- Monitors each credit of the transaction and the clients and performs necessary actions
- Takes in charge of all internal discussions and negotiations with all relevant internal departments for the execution
Manage business portfolio and plan business strategy
- Performs business portfolio management such as refinance/roll-over, new transaction and monitors total exposure for Korean FIs to manage such portfolio
Makes the business plan/strategy including total profit, budget, credit exposure, risk asset, and etc.
Education / Experience / Official Qualification
Minimum Educational Background : Degree
Preferable Major :Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance etc. is preferred but not compulsory
Minimum Years of Job Experience : 15+ years of relevant experience(72-78년 선호)
Preferable Job Experience : Experience in corporate or commercial banking
Required Language Skills : Fluent in English
